mbredd Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have downloaded "SIMATIC STEP 7 Professional (TIA Portal)" from https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109740158 I am trying to provision S7-1200 and SINAMICS G120 CONTROL UNIT CU240E-2 PN E-TYPE. I can add PLC in from devices and can go online but I can't see drive option section where I can configure SIMANICS G120. Please let me know if the tool is correct. Should I install something else as well.I tried both basic and professional. Thanks, Bhaskar

I uninstalled "SIMATIC STEP 7 Professional (TIA Portal)" and installed Sinamics G120 startderive from https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/68034568 but now I can see only drives in the portal. I have attached a screenshot for the reference. Please let me know do we need to install both so that I can provision and make a profinet connection between PLC and Drive.
