Upgrading V15 to V15.1

I've heard that because V15 and V15.1 were released quite close to each other, upgrading from V15 to V15.1 can be done for free. Is it true? Thanks!

V15.1 is a unique version which can be installed i parallel to older versions. The licence for V15 can be used with V15.1 weill, so you need no new licence! Regards Christoph
