Dear Sir/Madam,

I have installed TIA Portal V13 SP1 and WinCC Professional V13 SP1 (512) and then also installed WinCC Professional RT (512).

When I add a PC runtime system the start RT button is still grayed out (inactive).

I have attached pictures of installed software, license and the problem..

Can anyone please help. I could see this issue in other forums but could not find an answer..

I tried that, it works - but it runs just like it runs if you simulate it. Moreover, it runs in a small screen window.. is there a way to re-adjust the screen size or run full screen - I miss Wincc Flexible :(

Isn't it a good thing that the simulation runs just like the real thing ;-)

The screen size can of course be adjusted, but for WinCC Professional it is done differently since it is a different product. This is to be expected.

If you go open "Runtime settings" you will find the "General" where you select the start picture.

If you then go to "Screen" settings, this is where you can select "Full screen" under the "Properties" settings.

When you edit the Picture itself, you can go to "Properties -> Properties" and select "Layout" for the Picture (Screen). Here you can also set the Width / Height of the actual picture.

i wrote a message yesterday. I have a plc 1214 dc dc rly and a want to use my pc to be a hmi. i have v13 tia portal and advanced win cc.i set the pg/pc settings tcp ip.1 but the run time button is grey.Please help me. I coludnt solve this problem for a week.
