wincc scada & micrologix 1100 plc config error.

mrk08230 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	hellow everybody , i am trying to cofigure AB Micrologix 1100 PLC ( having ethernet port ) with Siemens WINCC scada ( v7.0) using rslinx opc server.i am getting success also, but now from last few days i am not able to read plc tags in wincc scada. when i am trying to browse server in wincc in OPC ITEM MANAGER , i get the error " No access to selected OPC server " HRESULT=80040112 , class is not licensed for use. i want to know about this error & how i can established the configuration again. thanks

Eliana Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have the same problem, I have a project that runs on a server with WinCC 6.2 SP2, and I need to create a link with RSLinx OPC, but when I use the OPC item manager to read the variables, I get the same error . the error message appear when I want to access variables from any OPC that is installed on another computer in the same workgroup I have enabled the DCOM permissions. Attached a screenshot with the error message. I still have not solved the problem. any ideas? Attachment error_opc.JPG (49 Downloads)
