Bullmeister Posts: 33 Rating: (0)	Hi Thread, Hopefully someone can help me here or stear me in the right direction 1) What are the benifits / limitations of WinCC flex over the standard WinCC? 2) What options are available for Touch Screen or having a HMI panel with buttons on the side? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each? What limitations would both options have? Regards, Mike

Second: WinCC is not for using a simatic (CE-)panel, it is only for PC. basicly: WinCC is mutch more expensive but also mutch more powerfull than WinCC flexible.

Danielle Posts: 1275 Rating: (122)	Hi Bullmeister, In a few words, the biggest difference between WinCC Flexible and WinCC is that WinCC Flexible is meant for panels and small SCADA systems (standalone systems, with PC Runtime). WinCC is suited for larger and more complex SCADA systems, with the possility for client-server architectures, business intelligence features, among others. Best regards, Danielle
