Your code looks good to me, using the move instruction should work fine. I suspect you connect parameter is wrong, please post a screenshot of that one too.

Side question, are you going to pull data from other devices on the rtu bus ?

I have written a open source modbus library that I believe will be useful for you.

If these seven devices are of the same type, the library let you create one FB with the queries for that particular device, and then you may have as many instances of of FB as you need.

The library will also be useful if there are diffident devices on the rtu bus.
