Dear Users, We are working on new versions of the Forum and mySupport application that will be released within the next months. These releases will feature a more modular approach for mySupport, resulting in a state-of-the-art landing page enabling us to easily add more services in the future. Some features closely related to the Forum and mostly used by Forum users will return to the Forum application, namely personal messages, favorites / notifications for Forum entries and avatars. This will make the functions more comfortable for the usage within the forum. Main benefits:
Forum favorites and notifications on favorites as well as avatars will be migrated from mySupport to the Forum application. Personal messages will not be migrated. If you want to archive you messages please use the export option within mySupport. On the mySupport side, you will no longer find personal messages; forum-related favorites and filters will not show up in mySupport. We’ll keep you updated with more details during the next weeks. Dear users of the Online Support, for some weeks, we are successfully sending out notifications on forum content using a new tool and a new layout. From January 22nd notifications on product support content will also be sent using this process. This should not affect neither number, scope nor schedule of your notifications.
