Want to connect the PLC to domino printer using CPU 1500

When I disconnect the PC and connect PLC to the printer nothing send to the printer. In fact I want to connect the PLC to domino printer using CPU 1500. Can Someone help me? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Documents for TCP/IP communication between PLC 300 and other device in TIA portal.

These blocks have output parameters like Error / Status - please check/save Status when Error gets true. If you use S7-1500 you don´t need to use TCON - please check this: How you configure a connection in the TIA Portal? Regards, Towome

In fact first I need to make a connection between the plc and other TCP client (for example using Hercules) then my connection is with the printer is established. How I can make sure about the unspecific connection of the printer? it is Domino AX350i.

Kaulquappe Posts: 3093 Rating: (323)	Hello, your last post sounds that you mix up active and passive connection. I expect that the PLC does active and the printer passive connection establishment. An unspecified connection only uses a local port, no remote port or IP address. Regards, Kaulquappe
