I will try changing the I/O Modules and also change on the project  this is the next thing i am going to Do .

But I have a doubt i have seen that in the manual it has been instructed to use a light base unit and rest of the units should be black ? In this case we have all the light base units and each of them are for a different potential group ,could it be the reason for this problem ??

Rechecked firmware on all I/O modules and found that the firmware was incorrect and on correcting it the CPU error is Gone however all the LEDs on the Analog Input and Analog output modules are lit .please see picture 

No This is not programmed

it is supposed to lit only when we have programed and put a signal into it right ?

will it lit if there is no program but there is an input signal ?

only two Analog inputs have been wired , other two are not used 

similarly only two outputs are wires other two have not been used 

Analog output should only lit after it sends out an output which can be achieved after programming but i haven't programmed the Analog I/O yet still learning how to do in TIA portal

I have two 10 v DC potentiometers  for the Two analog input

and Two Digital Voltmeters to record the Analog Output 

Can anyone provide me some reading material on How to program these inputs and outputs in TIA portal . I am a complete beginner
