K.Jagan Experienced Member Joined: 1/21/2011 Last visit: 10/17/2024 Posts: 162 Rating: (2)	Dear all, I have problem in S7-300 software Redundancy while switching over the cpu sequences is not working all the output are get switch off. i have attached my program back up in which simple program of FC1 & FC2 but in switch over all sequences get stop ET200M act is switching over. i am new to software redundancy any sample SCADA Program Backup communicating with S7-300 Redundancy system. S7 AUTOMAN Posts: 515 Rating: (56)	Hi jagan, Follow the attached pdf manua lin the below link and it should work for you. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/1137637 Follow these suggestions as well. 1) Do the parameterization in the OB 100 block correctly. 2) Dont use memory adresses upto M50.0 in your PLC program since these memory addresses are used by the redundancy blocks. 3) Make sure that the hardware configuration on both the Master and standby PLC's are identical.(to acieve this configure the hardware in one plc and copy it to the other). 4)Go online and check whether all blocks which has been downloaded to both the PLC's are identical.

Did you verify that all your blocks contained in both the plc's are identical in online(not in offline state...)..
