Hello mcmedd, Please check below points since your motor is running at rated current, ie. 15.5, I guess overload protection response gets activated. If possible try by reducing load i.e. try upto 70% load. 1. What type of responses & delay time are set for overload protection, e.g. prewarning level, unbalance, stalled rotor etc etc. 2. Have you set IS1 & IS2 current limits? 3. Overload protection class set. HTH

Hi PISCEAN 2010, Pre-warning level is set to warning. Unbalance is set at 40%, tripping, 0,5 sec. Stalling is set at 1000%, tripping, 0,5 sec. No, current limits upper and lower are disabled, both on 0% of Is. Is it needed to set the cuurent limits? Overload protection class is 10. mcmedd |

Hello mcmedd, What I want to suggest you is, please check unbalance either load or supply voltage, because at rated current the fluctuations in graphs are observed & since unbalance tolerance is too wide i.e. 40%, the fluctuations are observed.If you reduce the unbalance tolerance, SIMOCODE will trigger at fault when the rated current is drawn depending upon delay time & you will observe linear graph. One more point you can analysis is, check the unbalance load or supply voltage graph at rated current which will help you to analysis the issue more clearly. |

Dear PISCEAN 2010, Thank you so much for you time and help!! Maybe i dont understand you. I hope you can guide me with this issue. I want that the fluctuations are visible also at 11 amps, i dont like the linear line in de 11 amps range!! Do you mean that I must set the unbalance at 20%? The voltage is the busbar voltage so i cannot change this. mcmedd |
