Hello JSMTek, take out your CPU from its rack and try a new power cycle with a new 24VDC supply. If it doesn't work then most likely the CPU is defective. Normally a defective state is represented by flashing of all LEDs but for me, the absence of 5VDC will mean a defective hardware. I hope someone here would have more to say but I think you should contact your local Siemens office. Best regards. H-H |

I am having the same problem with a 319PN/DP that is new. Can someone share what fixed this? Was it the power supply or the CPU? Thanks
