What do you have installed? if you only have installed WinCC Basic then you will not find the Image.

If you have installed WinCC Comfort/Advanced then you can find it here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Siemens\Automation\Portal V13\Data\Hmi\Transfer\13.0\Images\CP_7_9

and  next question , can I load this OS image, not via ProSave? for example via usb?

You Can Use Memory Card For Os Transfer...

Otherwise You Can Backup Another Same Type Of Panel In USB And Restore It’s In Panel Which One You Wants To Update OS

Other Panel Must Have Updated OS

After turning on and after viewing the simatic logo on the screen, I get a black screen with a blinking line and the top right corner. I understand that the OS does not boot, and why I do not know.
How to set  panel into the boot mode for load OS with SD card\USB.

or OS the download will be automatic  with SD\USB after power switch on ?
