Not able to make a connection between PC and logo

dhawal Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	I am also facing similar issue with PLC 6ED10522MD000BA6- Logo 6 12/24RCO. my customer is not able to make a connection between PC and logo. Kindly suggest any setting or upgradation in software required. Software used is LOGO! SOFT COMFORT V7. ------------ Split from communication between laptop and logo.

What cable is it? The old RS232 connector? If so, it is angeschlosssen to a COM port or USB? When using USB, the driver for the interface converters are installed? Is it the newer USB connector? If so, the USB drivers are installed?
