I have one problem with cam modul card FM352. 

I use the SSi encoder with a rotary axis.

All are running but I have errors on modul FM. 

as you can see on the picture.

If someone can help me, please

As far as I can see you have an error class 5 , which is caused by next issue as explained in manual.

Please check your hardware ... Look if you've added correct module by checking MLFB,check Firmware etc...

5 Error in hardware interrupt setting

Cause: You have attempted to select a hardware interrupt that the module does not support.
