I am having an issue with a New KTP900, If I go online it's ok and working, but when I am trying to download I am having an error, but cant identify why is happing. see attachment please . Yes the HMI is in transfer mode and about the Error I noted it but cant find from where is triggered. Even If I press the flash LED the screen will flash. Can you please guide me. Is it V14, too, or is it a newer panel and therefor provided with a higher version? Then you may need to downgrade firmware of the panel by use of ProSave. Regards, Frink
