Hi there, i need you help...:)) Im not able to configure a good working powersupply wattage control on my HHO Industrial generators. Hardware configuration: * on AI2 analog input I have connected one 0-10V TRMS current transducer set to:0-10V= 25A or can be set to 0-10V=50A. With this transducer I read in realtime how many watts my generator consume.
* on AI3 I have connected one 0-10V potentiometer for regulating in realtime the powersupply. * i15 and i16 are the external remote control START/STOP boilers switch, when one boiler start to running, the HHO generator start to produce the gas.
I need to have a nice working powersupply with wattage control that will working under this features: PI Manual mode: when I rotate the trimmer i can set the desidered continuous power out, from 0 to 10.000 watts ( transducer set to 25AX400V=10.000 watts, or set to 50AX400V=20.000 watts) PI AUTO mode: when i15 or/and i16 START, will send to the PI block the desidered maximun wattage to use and the PI block adjust the power from the AI2 transducer to the desidered power set from SET POINT. working example: I want to determine the watts for each boiler: i15 Boiler1 at max 3500 watts and i16 Bolier 2 at max 4000 Watts. Maximun power to use when 2 boiler are running: 7500 watts.
On my demo schematic is working, but not fine, I have also added 2 more analog amplifer for display the 0-10.000 watts on Logo, but I can not make it nice working Please let me know how to fix this scenario or if is better to use another different scenarion.
