Hello Moussa; Step 7 Professional v1x will allow you to work with S7-300 CPUs and analog moidules, such as the 6ES7331-1KF01-0ABo, or its successor, the 6ES7331-1KF02-OAB0: you can configure and scale the resulting values. First, look at the S7-300 Module Data manual for wiring and configuration of the module (Chapter 6., Analog modules): https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/8859629 You will first have to select in the hardware configuration the measurement type (V, I, RTD...) and measuring range for each channel that will be connected to a sensor; then you must follow the wiring diagrams for each channel you will want to use, validate in the manual above. You will read the numerical value of the measurement (value between 0 and 27648) in the address attributed by the hardware configuration, in peripheral code: if the address for channel 0 is given as 256, the corresponding input is PIW256. This value must then be scaled to usable engineering valuse: - for I and V measurements, use FC 105 "SCALE"; - for RTD and TC measurements, convert PIW256 to a REAL variable and divide by 10.0. How and for which analog measurements can you use the function FC105 "SCALE" to convert the integer values (INT) into real number values? https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/1765297 Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
