Ethernet Com. via 2 s7 1200's

caki3000 Posts: 75 Rating: (1)	Hello all, I prepared i system with 2 s7 1200 and i want to communicate these with ethernet protocol master and slave in Tia Portal V13. I download to programs to master and slave CPU's. But they dont communicate. I know this because in the main function i have 2 MOVE command (send and receive). But when i change the value in master plc i cannot see this change in slave plc. I added master and slave programs and my system's picture. Please help me, why doesn't work ?? I will brief you two method. 1) S7 communication( Get/Put) Solution: Write Get or put instruction at either master or slave PLC. it will work fine 2) Use the I-Device feature of S7 1200. Solution: Assign the IO controller in slave device. This setting is available under property of S7 1200 CPU. After assign IO controller , map the virtual memory. and by using move block you can exchange the data between two S7 1200 PLC. Regards, Dj
