You asked about writing to a register under 9999. I assume that you are talking about "Holding Registers" since you said registers.

This is all explained in the S7-1200 System Manual.

To do this:

- Set the MODE to 1

- Set DATA_ADDR to the register number plus 40000 (example: for the first holding register, use 40001)

- Set DATA_LEN to the number of registers you want to write
