Hello There, I am trying to configure redundant IOs in redundant 400 station.I am able to do this over profibus IM153 where as over profinet IM153 ,I am not able to select the redundant module.The tab to this setting is missing.Please have a look at the attached backup and suggest the right settings. Hello Peewy (and Ptakar, sorry for the late reply); Profinet works differently than Profibus because of he physics that it uses as support. Redundancy with Profinet operates on basis of MRP, and redundant rings basically, and 2 redundant I/O modules will be controlled by both masters simultaneously over Profinet, whereas with Profibus they would be controlled alternatively by one or the other master.
