Hello, I am having problem with creating support request from the link given under Contact... I faced this about year ago when I tried that first time. Since then I tried that several time but I am unable to create a request a single time... My other colleague has also tried for few times but same problem faced by him also. My problem is, when I complete all steps, it shows that I will get mail. I am getting mail as follows.
Now this link bringing me to create a new support request... Any one can help on this...??? FYI: I tried for 3-4 diff occurance in last 1 year for different cases but not succeded Does it means Siemens is not taking my requests?? Regards, Devesh Vithani |

I found my PDF... Attached here... I removed my Cell No and Mail ID from that... It takes my company details automatically that shows that I already logged in... And I got this at final stage which proves that I didnt did any thing wrong in any other step... Moderators, Please forward this to respected deptt...
