the uploading problem solved. Pls. see the attachment for the cable details which was already present on the machine , but to connect directly to the PC com1 Port we prepared one more new cable with extra length, and finally it was possible to take the coplete backup through Prosave

But C7-633 has got some hardware problem ( found through Diagnostic hardware )
and needs repair. ( ref Attached )

I am Lakshan from Sri Lanka. I worked UAE reputed company as an electrical incharge.

I faced same fault " $551 AS address 2 not possible"

My solution was first need to activate the R-P,R/S,M arrow key buttons.

for that

1.You must need to bridge A+ and AE terminal in the c7 -633 by using wire

2.Then you can see that two button lit up green color

       *you first remove the flash memory card.

3.After press and hold 300ms. down arrow key mark button

4.Then memory will be reset(MRES).

5.Further check all profibus connection too whether they are work.

Just try  to solve your problems in this way as well.
