Dear Sacheen,

The Desigo Insight management station requires both, a hardware dongle and a  license file.  I checked the print screen of the License Utility. The license file is visible, but the HW  dongle is missing. The dongle should have the number 59102. See attached file.

Please check where the dongle is. The license file has been issued for this specific dongle.

You have to contact the local Siemens BT sales organization in case you lost the dongle. It may be required to buy a new dongle and a new license, if the dongle is lost.

The Desigo Insight administrator password has to be project specific. We do not have “back door” password in Desigo Insight.

I expect that this is a customer project. The customer should have the passwords somewhere. Otherwise I recommend to contact the organization which engineered the project. You may contact the local Siemens BT support organization. They may know something about the project.

You have to re-engineer the project in case that you cannot find the password anymore. You have to create a new project and do the whole configuration. The project Graphics can be reused normally. Nevertheless, depending on the project size and the configuration, a certain work may be required.
