Yes, you are right, it is individual programming. Look what binector is setted in U061, find it and look what it mean.

I have the same problem over here. I checked U061 and in it I found setted the value 0604, which I assume it's binector B0604. I have searched the binector list vector control and didn't found enough info about it, just that the binector name is "AND 1.09" and that it's the "4th AND element".

I am not sure what does that mean and it didn't helped me find out what is causing the F148 fault.

I tried replacing the inverter, but had the same problem on the new drive as well.

Any help would be gladly appreciated.

Look at the above mentioned manual, page 608 (function diagram, sheet 765). B0604 is the output of 4th AND element of free function blocks. Then look in U224.xx and find what binectors are the source of this AND element.

I have a similar issue where I get F148 followed by A131 which I think is a warning that a controlled stop has been initiated?

I have similar to Derwynr traced back to U061 on Function Diagram 710.

I am new to Siemens having 20 years experience on another platform.

How do I trace back to what is assigned to U061?

I read the statement below but haven't really understood it to be honest.

Binector is this just a bit reference for a status word?

If I did find the value in U061 following some advice from yourselves which I'd appreciate. how do I decipher the next step. In the case discussed it was traced back to U224 but that &  function on diagram 765 sheet 608 whats the situation there what three bits is it evaluating in the & instruction.

Any guidance appreciated I have a tool down and trying to troubleshoot. Probably a mechanical issue but if I can identify what triggers the Fault I can see if limits etc are involved.

Hello,

U061 is binector & active signal here outputs F148. So just check which binector is connected at U061.

(In earlier post 0604 (B0604) is connected. Which is 4th AND element i.e. U224 .01,.02 & .03)

So check the U061 BICO & trace. or else attach the parameter back up here to help you.
