Siemens Field PG M2 Licence key missing

Bajirao1121 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Dear all, I would like to raise one regarding my Siemens Field PG M2. always I am facing the issue that my Siemens installed softwares licence keys always missing. This PG I am using for maintenance purpose in my factory. also some CPU like 313C-2DP asking HW update, Please some one tell me that what is the reason for this issue. Thanks.

IBN-Service Posts: 8946 Rating: (1000)	You must not do "defrag" and tools like that if licence key is stored on drive. Never move or copy keys without using the ALM. Make sure, that you have the newest version of ALM installed. At least V5.2+Upd.1 Check Folder: ...user\Microsoft\crypto\rsa\s-1-5-21-*.... and delete al files inside that are older than 2 days.
