SIMOREG Master drive

Abdellah Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Dear all; I'm trying to access to a SIMOREG 6RA70 via profibus, but I found some problems to send the PKW and the PZD words, I think it's because I'm not adressing it right (i'm using PP03), how can I transfer data and parameters from plc to DC Drive. I'm using CPU 314c-2 DP Thanks you all

If you want to use PKW, select PPO1, PPO2 or PPO5. To be able to write parameters to the drive via PKW you must enable this in parameter P927. To be able to communicate with Simoreg you must send control word from PLC, this should be the 1st word in telegram and bit 10 in this word must be 1. Only in this case drive will accept all other words from PLC. You can check the status of communication via LEDs on CBP2-card inside drive. All three of them flashing when communication is OK.

In the LADDER program I don't know how to adress my device, in the profibus network I gived it adress 5, and his diagnostic adress in 2046. Wich adress I must use to access to the DC drive. Thank you
