I have DB1: DATA_BLOCK "TableA" { S7_Optimized_Access := 'FALSE' } VERSION : 0.1 NON_RETAIN STRUCT ByteTable : Array [0 .. 4] of Byte; END_STRUCT; BEGIN END_DATA_BLOCK and DB2: DATA_BLOCK "TableB" { S7_Optimized_Access := 'FALSE' } VERSION : 0.1 NON_RETAIN STRUCT ByteTable : Array [0 .. 9] of Byte; END_STRUCT; BEGIN END_DATA_BLOCK I call my function FC1 which name "Sum" in OB1 like this: "Sum"(Data:=P#db1.dbx0.0 byte 5,//"TableA".ByteTable, SizeTable:=5, Result=>"ResultFromSumFunction".ResultA); "Sum"(Data:=P#db2.dbx0.0 byte 10,//"TableB".ByteTable, SizeTable:=10, Result=>"ResultFromSumFunction".ResultB); This is code function FC1 ("Sum"): FUNCTION "Sum" : Void { S7_Optimized_Access := 'FALSE' } VERSION : 0.1 VAR_INPUT Data : Variant; SizeTable : Int; END_VAR VAR_OUTPUT Result : Byte; END_VAR VAR_TEMP tempCounter : Int; tempResult : Byte; END_VAR BEGIN #tempResult := 0; FOR #tempCounter := 0 TO (#SizeTable - 1) BY 1 DO //#tempResult := #tempResult + #Data........... ????????? ; END_FOR; #Result := #tempResult; END_FUNCTION *How can I use variable Data* in function "Sum"?** Attachment Variant.JPG (981 Downloads)
