I've been having the same issue for a few weeks now.

I don't understand why everything must be so over-complicated!

Even this WYSIWYG text editor is buggy on Mozilla (and maybe other browsers).

Yes I also find this process (and website in general) to be over-complicated and frustrating for the end user. Why send me to another page to write a forum post?! I signed up today and from the looks of it will be waiting a long time before I can actually do anything that I came here to do.

I am here to potentially purchase Siemens products, why must you make this so frustrating?

It has beem 10 months since I created a login and request to register in the MALL.  It has been 8 months since my company has purchsed an SUS package AND I STILL GET THE NOT REGISETERED IN THE MALL, LOGGING YOU OUT ERROR and we have not been able to use the SUS that we purchased.  

Starting to see why Siemens is becoming the joke of the industry and clients are specifically requestiing for us to use ANYONE else, regardless of price.
