since yesterday we notice two negative effects within our Technical Forum.

1. Publishing new threads isn’t possible at the moment and causes an error message.
2. The ratings a user got aren’t displayed with some user profiles.

We are asking for your apologize and trying to fix it as soon as possible.

Hello hdhosseini,

thank you for the Feedback. but the post was accidentally deleted because of the effect that the Forum can't create new topics. This happened while I try to split this post to a separate thread, so the Forum cut it from the old thread but can't create a new one. The result was that the posts was lost. But this is solved, I can split again  .

Possibly it has something to do
with how the total rating is updated and stored.

Maybe this observation is helpful..
I have noticed that when "the user that is missing his rating" receives a rating for a post, the new rating is added to his old rating and the total rating is shown again. I have noticed this yesterday when I rated a user's post.

Maybe it is helpful.. maybe you guys already know.

One of the users that had zero ratings 20hours ago,
did have ratings a little later and is again without ratings at this moment.

I want to give the status about the rating issue.
We dedicated the cause of this effect, in the calculation for the rating is a failure. Early next week we will fix this, in the meantime the ratings will furthermore switch "randomly" from zero to the right state.

the repair-patch is on the system and most of the ratings are permanent visible again. During the day also the last user should see his ratings, the update is progressing gradually.
