hello experts. I'm with a big problem. I have a flying cutting machine, cutting measures vary widely. WHAT know can not be, do you guys mind? The screw is configured correctly, the timing is perfect with the material. I have used the S7-1200 and Yaskawa servo motor. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Split from S7-1200 and servo controlled "flying saw" problems. |

I'm using a pulse train control for the Yaskawa servo motor. My strategy is: 1) Yaskawa servo motor control via PTO 2) Use the HSC to measure the linear speed cutting and 3) Use "Move Velocity" block to make the cut The variation is independent of speed, both low (200mm / s) and for high (500mm / s) does not exist an error pattern. The first pieces are cut within a range of 1-2mm. hardware: * S7-1200 Firmware 3.0 Step7: * Tia Portal V13SP1 Annex the project. AttachmentAnanda0405V03.rar (939 Downloads) |

New question published by Vo Trong Nguyen is split to a separate thread with the subject How to syncronized the shear and material ( both cutting position and speed to get the length exactly)?. Best regards |
