i have purchased a TIA portal V13, i installed the software and the automation license maneger,i  put the flash disk that include the license key, but i can't  add a new device, and told me that license step 7 was not found, what i should to do, please advice.

Hello,

you must transfer the licence from the USB Flash Drive to the local HDD to use the Licence.

Open Licence Manager and drag&Drop the licence from the USB Stick to the HDD.

Having the same issue as above. When trying to create a new project and add the first device I get the Step7 license not found error.

Screenshots of license manager and error from TIA V13 attached. I tried deleting and transferring the bottom two in license manager but it won't let me.

Why is the license not recognized when opening STEP 7

I recently upgraded to step 7 professional, but when I open an existing HMI program it come up with

" License Wcc comfort not found " I have transferred the new license to the hard drive 

When you open your ALM, what licenses do you have listed there?

Comfort panels need atleast WinCC Comfort or WinCC Advanced license. If you only have Step7 Professional, this license only supports Basic panels.

The difference between Step7 basic and Step7 Professional license is:

Basic = 1200 PLC's

Professional = 1500 PLC's
