Dear experts ,

Actually i had installed the 4.4. version of starter after installation the following error attached(pic)  has came so please guide me how to open the starter by removing this error ..

I tried with Renstallation also but it not works ...same problem arised ....

Before this version installation, does your PC have old version and you went for 4.4 or fresh installation.

How you reinstalled, please try with uninstalling then reinstall new from CD.

You can also launch taskmgr.exe and search for any Starter processes that are still running (basically they are the biggest ones as resource load).

It seems that something is still opened and doesn't allow you do proceed with other operations...
