I am currently working with Step 7 basic version with a valid long term licence. I want to work with Step 7 Professional version. Is it possible to download the software from the siemens website?Do I need to provide any validation?. Looking forward to your comments

(You can try for 21 days)

After that you will have to purchase a license

If you have another license and if you have the source of the program, you can install it.

Please note that license you upgraded is valid for (One user Only)

Which means if you need to use it for more than one PC, you need to buy more licenses (In case of all these PCs are not on the same network and you need to use them all in the same time)
