--I face problem with drive 6RA70  that F005 appear when push on signal.

The fault value shown in r47 is 3.

The actualFieldcurrent shown in r35 is = 0 but actually i measured the current by current clamp meter instantaneously with on signal it was 74 amp Even though theFieldcurrent in P102 is 27 amp then the drive went fault.

I replaced field  controller card with new one and also CUD1 card but the same fault F005 appears and r35 is still measured = 0

I checked the connections (X102, X101, X109) it's OK.

I think my issue is r35 is always = 0  so how i get it work, and how i can flow the field feedback signal from the field card to the CUD1 card ?

How much is the rated field voltage as per motor nameplate?

Have you measured motor field resistance? How much is it?

Have you checked the fuse link in field circuit, if provided at drive output side?

I had issue with F005 on the time when give preset on command to the drive - the main contactor ON and immediately receive F005. The problem was in bad contact in the main contactor. Once the main contactor replaced - no problem.

The rated field voltage 220 V

The measured field resistance 6 ohm

The field fuses is ok

OK. Please check following points.

Check the field resistance at drive termination i.e. at 3C & 3D. It must be 6 ohm. (In drive power OFF state)

How field AC supply is provided, directly with MCCB protection or thru contactor?

Check AC supply at drive field supply input side 3U1, 3W1, it should be 400 V AC. If not available, then check in line choke, fuse, or for any loose connection.

For testing/checking purpose set P082 = 3 so field will be activated permanently ON & check drive operation.

I checked the field resistance at 3C & 3D = 6 ohm.

AC supply at 3U1 & 3W1 = 380V.

the parameter  P082 = 1.

Have you checked for any lose connection at field power semiconductor devices i.e. thyristors, diode module, loose connector etc.

The resistance value mentioned above is from parameter back up or the actual measured value with DMM across the motor field current?

Please attach the present/current drive back up data & not the older one.

If all above data which you have mentioned is actual measured data, then please try once again current optimization & check.

Replace The Field Supply Card  C98043-A7004

 The user has already replaced field supply & CUD1 card, even then problem has not solved.

I carefully check the connections of all semiconductors component ( thyristor ,diode module ) , and check the component itself, all of them OK.
