I would like to ask some questions and hope your deltails answering about this application :

1/  How to syncronized the shear and material ( both cutting position and speed to get the length exactly)?

2/ How to check the synchronization point for starting cut down? how about algorithms "Flying shear" when  the cutting length has been reached ?
