I have a specific question related to communication module CM 1241 RS422/485 (241-1CH32-0XB0).

Is it possible to use RS232 port for communication?

I configured "Modbus_Comm_load" with duplex operation mode "Mode"=0, as for 0 = Full duplex (RS232) and now got error with status "8281".

16#8281. Negative acknowledgment when writing module. Check the input at the PORT parameter

RSxxx is a hardware description.
RS422 and RS485 is compatible with each other.
RS232 is not.

We bought CM 1241 with RS422/485 and unfortunetely flowmeter in our configuration is equipped with RS232 plug, but it also supports RS485 communication mode. So now I have to use RS232/RS485 adapter for this case.

eeeeehm if your transmitter also supports RS-485 you don't need RS-232 to RS-485/422 adapter, your CM card has it. No problem. Be carefully to not missunderstand plug connector, if it has DB9 it can be anything not only RS-232! Check documentation to transmitter.
