I have an Analogue Safety Module "6ES7336-4GE00-0AB0", afault appears on Module "External Load Voltage missing fault", after Making Rest to the power the fault cleared but it appears again after time.

what are the causes and what are possible remedies?

Check the supply voltage connected at 1L+.

Thank You, I think this was temporary problem because when I reset the module the fault cleared.
