Hi Team,

After configuring the D410-2 PN drive unit using simotion scout, i could successfully test the unit using axis control panel. But later after creating MCC chart, and after successful download, i couldn't change the mode to Run. No alarms were found in the alarm screen. Olny drive ok message is indicated in the alarm screen. I am getting "Switching on inhibited - set "OC/OFF2" = "1" (p0844, p0845) " message in Diagnostic overview screen. Please help me solve the problem.

open diagnostic buffer press save as and upload it here.

in the diagnostic buffer you see why simotion is not go to run.

Hi Mr.Christoph, 

         There was an error in the MCC starting with wait input. I have cleared and reloaded the program and now the CPu has gone to run mode.

But each time when i load the program, i am getting Error 7417: Encode Serial number changed. Each time i am change from P10 - ready mode to Encoder commissioning model and setting P440 to 1 (Transfer serial number). Why this is happening. I am using Siko MSA 111C DQ encoder.

         Thank you for your support. I have done the changes and found all are working fine.

I have a problem, which doesn't let me boot my drive, hey, the error is the same (Switching on inhibitored - set "OC/OFF2" = "1" (p0844, p0845) I don't know how to solve it. Thank you very much
