Siemens 6SN1112-1AC01-0AA1 SIMODRIVE 611 Monitoring Module/UEB Module

English is Monitoring module, UBE is German

The function of this power module is supply electronics voltages such as +24VDC, +/- 15VDC, +5VDC, and 48VAC, simply saying the all kind of electronics voltage, which 840D NCU and 611 system (A/D/U) control cards need.

If you know Siemens 611 E/R module and U/E module --those 2 types of power supply modules not only supply above mentioned electronics voltages but also (and more important) supply DC600V .

SIMODRIVE 611 SYSTEM IS designed as multi-axis system. one power supply can feed max. to 30 axis, but according to Siemens specification --count from  E/R module, every 6th drive module, need insert one Monitoring module

You can think it is working as power repeater or relay
