I comment that I currently have a SIMATIC HMI TP700 6AV2 124-0GC01-0AX0 screen, which I cannot connect via the RJ45 port, since at the time of connecting it does not flash (Indicating data reading), I have tried to connect via the USB cable and I can't connect, I can only use the USB ports without problems, it doesn't let me update the Firmware.

What do you suggest it could be?

Hi,

If I already tried with another cable, I tell you that I already reset the configuration, change my name, and I cannot connect it to Prosafe because I have no communication (It is like the RJ45 ports were damaged), I try the USB cable (Mini USB ) and also does not give connection signal, already perform the factory restoration and the problem continues.

Try to perform the firmware update via USB and it gives me an unknown error

Dear all,

i had the same problem.

Impossible to transfert vwith Wincc, Prosave, etc...

In fact, i plugged a keyboard on the panel and i seen that's one subfile was missing in the Flash directory.

I created the subfile Simatic and the issue was resolved (Flash\Simatic\).

Now i can to transfert and i do that i want.
