Modbus Connexion LOGO - Micro850

casiles Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hello, I am trying to connect a LOGO to a Micro850 PLC through Modbus TCP. I need the LOGO to read the HRs of the Micro850 PLC. Is it possible to make this connection? How do I check the value I am reading in the LOGO? I am totally new to the world of LOGOS. I appreciate your help.

Yes it's possible to make a Modbus TCP/IP connection between LOGO! and micro850 PLC. But you must know: Not all LOGO!s have Modbus TCP/IP. Only LOGO!s 0BA8 with the order numbers 6ED1 052-XXXXX-0BA8 and FS4 or higher or the actually LOGO!8.2 with order nummbers 6ED1 052-XXX08-0BA0 have Modbus TCP/IP. The LOGO! works only with integers (-32.768 ... 32.767). Integers can you read with anlog network input. Floats (Real) or double floats (LReal) can you read and display with the block "Float/Integer converter". Attachment Float_Integer converter (LOGO!8.FS4 and later versions only).pdf (522 Downloads)
