Hi.

How to disable this very annoying dialog everytime i download a block or two?

At most i get this dialog 3 times in a row each download.

The average cycle time in the plc is 10ms..

this message usually appears when you try to monitor a block that is used very often in the program and is called at very short time intervals. The reason for this is the improvement in the message display, which leads to the message but does not allow the CPU to go into STOP. The behavior is to be improved in the next STEP 7 version (greater than V17).

 I use V16 and this message is spammy, and increases the load on the cpu by first going online, then offline, spam the message, go online, go offline spam the message, go online, go offline spam the message, go onlite and let me stay online, for now.

Then scrolling the same block and perhaps open another small network (with like 3-4 instructions), the spammy message pops back up on occation..

This spammy message also makes the develope-windows to jump around and scroll here and there leaving me somewhere random in the block.

As an alternative you can increase the cpu max cycle time for the time of commissioning.

This can help to avoid this message.

Why do you get one of the following messages: "The cycle time may increase (0601:000044)" or "Possible cycle time violation (0601:000042)"?

Actually, with a cycle time over 40ms, this message (044) triggers at every online block view.

I totally understand that increasing my CPU time may lead to unwanted behavior, BUT, TIA portal can't ask me at every block view if I didn't went offline from this CPU before viewing a new block ...

This is just an anoying behavior.

I set my "Max Cycle Time" to 250ms.  Still getting the message. Is there a check box somewhere to turn this off, because my cycle times are showing 4ms with a max of 13ms

I found another thread where you suggested unchecking the "Min Scan Time".  That seams to have worked!
