Hello,

Want to setup an analog output 0-10V => 0-70Hz to a Sinamics V20, motor have a redutor of 29rpm at 50Hz.

I need the following: 

1. Give a rpm on TDE, ex. 30rpm
2. The output must give a voltage so that the motor runs 30rpm.
3. Also if i give another rpm ex. 20rpm.
4. same as above the motor must run at 20rpm.
5. there must be a output which starts the Sinamics V20.

Also there must be a minimum and maximum value for the rpm, so we never come below 10rpm and above 40 rpm.

How can I make this on a logo!?

First you need an analog output expander for the Logo (AM2 AQ). This is connected to one of the analog inputs (AI1 or AI2) of the V20 (see V20 manual). The frequency converter is released by closing one of the digital inputs of the V20 (see manual here too).

The heart of the logo program is an arithmetic function. This is calculated as follows:

Desired speed x 1000 (maximum value of the logo output) / 70.

The limitation of the speed (10 or 40 rpm) can be implemented with threshold switches, for example, which then switch two muxers (min / max) to a fixed speed.

Yes perfect  have only changed the setpoint to 22 instead of 22.0, because we only use real numbers.
