Problem with DP-SEND and DP_RECV

I have made a ProFibus DP connection between a CPU315-2DP and a MMC440 using a communication module for Micromaster 440 . Drive is ready and LED of it is green blanking . The BUSF led on CPU is OFF and so connection is OK . PPO1 type is in use . But no one of FC 's ;DP-SEND and DP-RECV have not executed by CPU and I have write OB121 for avoiding CPU to go to stop mode . The order of cpu is 315-2AF03-0AB0 V1.1.0 . Please help me and say what is the problem . CAN I USE THIS TO FUNCTIONS WITH THIS CPU or no ?

alireza.ramezani Posts: 10 Rating: (2)	Dear Sir/Lady I have replaced CPU315-2DP with a CPU314 and a CP342-5 6GK7342-5DA02-0XE0 V5.0.The DP configuration has been done and at the moment the LED of Micromaster ProFibus Module is green blinking . Baud rate of DP network is 1.5Mbaud . the BusF LED on the CP342-5 is off and the CP-342-5 is in RUN mode . FC 's of SENDand RECV has beenprogrammed and both of themare executing correctly i.ethere is noerror for them,Error code is ZERO(W#16#0000) and the DONE and NDR bit is SET . PPO type is PPO-1 . so for send and recieve parameter of DP-SEND and DP-RECV , I have used from a Data Block as follow : Send parameter (input parameter DP-SEND) : P#DB9.DBX0.0 BYTE 12 Recv parameter (input parameter DP-RECV) : P#DB9.DBX12.0 BYTE 12 Both of this functions are called directly in OB1without any condition . P0700 and P1000 ofMMC440 is 6to use CB communication board . But when i move W#16#047F to DB9.DBW8 as control word the r0050of micromaster is not identical to this value and is equal to W#16#8001 . on the other hand i have not any thing in recieve area of FC-RECV and all word's of PKW and PZD of this area ( P#DB9.DBW12.0 byte 12 ) is equal to ZERO . All of this parameter OFMMC440 have their Default value : P2051 , P2041 , P2040 ,P0927. none of other FC's such as DP_ctrl and ... has been used in my program . Please help me . I don't know whatthe problem is .[:cry:][:cry:]

What are the parameters 0967 and 0968? But my question is : Both of FC's DP_SEND and DP_RECV are execuring without any problem . from some word in a data block (DB9) , i have used for my PKW and PZD area as i told you in the last quote . But when i see control word on MMC440 , it is different from w#16#047f. The LED on MMC communication module is green blamking . DO you know what the problem is ? On the other hand when i changed CDS from ProFibus to TERMINAL inputs , MMC is controled very good .

Have you seen the following faq: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/18208090 Take a look at point 5 It's important what I/O adresses the MM4 use. At the moment you are reading and writing to I/O adress 0 and 12 bytes on. The send and receive array of DP-send and DP-receive begin always at I/O adress 0. Hope this will help Best regards, Wizard
