PCS7 Modbus TCP communication

dzwilu Posts: 146 Rating: (4)	Hi, I am experiencing some problems with the Modbus TCP communication using PCS7 V7.1 SP1. I use the Siemens Library for this communication (MODB4H block). Because I use PCS7 I had to rewire the functions FC50,60 to be able to use the comm. blocks. I proceeded as fallows: 1. I copied the blocks FC50,60 into my block folder, and renamed them to FC550 and FC560. 2. Then I created a test project, and put inside the modb4h blocks and rewired the FC50,60 to 550,560. 3. After that i copied the the FB1733,1734 into my block folder. 4. Next I opened a CFC and put the FB inside. Till now everything ok. 5. After I used the runtime editor to move the modb4h block into OB100, and after that I copied the block to OB1. 6. Compilation without errors, but during download, the system says that i should check whether the system blocks are supported because he cannot do it by itself. Dear experts, please tell me if the communication will work in this situation, because the client is coming for the internal FAT and wants to test the Modbus communication. Or I've done something wrong? Thanks for Your answears. Greetz, dzwilu
