Dear sir,
Thank you for your help! For the zero mark line missing ,the siemense service people using one way to solv it.He use six batteries (1.5v),and put + and - side to the power switch (I amn't clear to see wich one he connect)until the motor forwards ,then he changed the + and -side ,do as first he do ,until the motor turn rearward .He say the position is the motor zero .I don't know the reason ,and the motor current like bigger then before and the motor is hot .Can you tell me the temperturewhen the motor normally working ? I heard the if the encoder position is wrong ,the current will bigger .
