PLC S5 Problem HELP!

Hass Posts: 50 Rating: (0)	good day I write because I need a S5 PLC, as this presents a problem when reading certain digital inputs for 3 days, the strange thing is that the green LED indication that the input is active on and turns off every time I send the signal, but in the PLC program in Step 5 does not show the result is, if the input on or off (0 or 1), I have made several changes, change the rack cards that have flaws and even change the digital input for a new and equally I reloaded the complete program of PLC and also change the font without positive results, thank you very much for your help.

Hass Posts: 50 Rating: (0)	all power comes from the same source S5 PLC 6ES5-955-3LC14 is the internal source, also has 3 racks and racks with multiple CP, and the problem is on a single card that does not read the bits in the program, however LEDs are activated when the voltage reaches, thanks!

Most I/O Modules have an Enable Pin ( Pin 1,2 ) which needs to be supplied with External Enable supply ( Or has to be shorted e.g. for AC Modules ). Check if this is OK Check if the DIP Switch settings on the card are OK Check the L PIW instruction ( As suggested earlier ) Lastly try to change the module Slot. Sometimes there is problem in the backplane connector. All the best Cheers Navnag
