Simocode Pro V using with Proximity switches

We are using Simocoe Pro V wih proximity switch ( IFM make, 24-230 V AC / DC) contacts directly on Digital / Expansion module interogation supply 230 V Ac. we are getting FAKE FLICKERING inputs at expansion modules ( without proximity sensor ) . Kindly give the possible reason and the solution for this. THANKS Nikhil Sharma

LesPaul Posts: 467 Rating: (59)	Hello Nikhil,My first idea was that this behavior is caused by the residual current of the proximity switch but you wrote that the sensor is not connected so in my understanding there is no current flowing, right?And if you disconnect the proximity switch the fake flickering is gone, right?I do not have experience with proximity switch on 230V Digital expansion module, it’s more common for me to use 2-wire proximity switches on 24V Digital Expansion Module. But maybe you can show us your actual wiring diagram to find a hint for the problem?And the exact product information to find the technical details could also be very helpful.best regards LesPaul
