vishe5681 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I have MM440 fitted with 7HP motor, till yesterday it was working fine. but today i can not cotrol the motor speed with potentiometer. when i give the run signal to drive its start with full speed and can not control the speed with potentiometer. ther is not fault massage on BOP. can anyone help me with this .

vishe5681 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	i have checked voltage, it is pin 1-2 ----10V, pin 2-3-----0V, still motor is running with full speed, 1) if i start increase the voltage it is not going beyond 3.2V, 2) if i remove the cable from pin 3 and checked the voltage it is 0-10V (Depend to potentiometer setiing) 3) remove the cable from pin 3 and start the motor- motor running full speed can you tell me the what are parameter setting is required. can i reset the drive to factory setting and set the parameter again? any advice?

Ste39 Posts: 4620 Rating: (710)	Hi Have you tried the down arrow on the BOP if you decrease the speed? Maybe someone has touched the parameter P 0700 that needs to be = 2. If you have all the parameters stored somewhere trying to do a reset to factory settings. By default P0700 = 2, which is the control terminal that is your potentiometer.

sparten Posts: 205 Rating: (11)	Hello vishes5681, first malke sure that your Port wiring at terminal is ok???for correct Port wiring pls find the attached file if it's ok then parameter setting on VFD for potentiometer referrence P700=2 P1000=2 P1070=755.0 after this setting moniter value of Port inParameter r752.0 also make DIP switch setting is ok or not?? It should be matched with actual you measuring at terminals mentioned above - if not matching, check dip switches If everything looks fine, make sure Dataset change over is not programmed. vishe5681 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi, can you tell me what should be DIP switch setting? parameter setting are following P700=2 P1000=2 P1070=755.0 P810=0 DIP SWITCH 1= ON DIP SWITCH 2= OFF in this condition motor dont have any control, i have make DIP switch 1= OFF, now i start the motor , motor start at full speed when i increase the potentiometer motor speed start decreasing. after 3.2 volt at pin 3 motor stop, if i futher increse the voltage at pin3 motor change its direction and increasing the speed.
